Price is on par with others, disappointed that you don't send your existing customers off vouchers each month like many others do. ie, curate, Asda, voy. Each month I am now looking at other providers, I had to jump through hoops to get a price match with yourselves. So Iyes you deliver quickly, but your rewards to loyal customers is lacking!

The website is easy to use, all you do is fill in the questionnaires upload photos if necessary. I also love the fact you get reminders well in advance to and the pricing is very reasonable. The only annoying thing is having to go over the medical questionnaire as sometimes medications need to be re-added.
