Very reliable order has arrived safely packaged and within the time line promised. Price match was honoured and an easy process. Customer service again reliable. Over all a good service. I haven't needed extra support with my weight loss but would have no hesitation asking for it with this company. Everything they advertise is delivered in my opinion.

Great support
Great support, has a delivery problem but dealt super fast. I have lipoedema, Carpal tunnel, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and thanks to Simple prescription for Mounjaro all my symptoms are managed, the debilitating lipoedema pain is 90% better/gone and so is the others, is life changing. 5 +++++

Shocking
Shocking. Do not read emails or issues. When there's a malfunction and broken they use every excuse not to solve the issue. Waste of my time and alot of money. I can see a reply from them belwoow but again great service as no details on how. If I reply to any old email this won't be linked. Give up. Wasting my time.
