Had a phone conversation about my order which was fine. I was told they wouldn’t take any money until I had got back to them the following day. They took the money anyway the same day and, after I sent the requested information the following day, have not answered any of my emails. They have £193 of my money and I have no idea when or if my order will turn up. UPDATE Following the publishing of this review, Simple Online have asked for more details (not directly). In the interest of fairness, I have not had a problem when my order did not require extra communication with the company. My problem is the lack of customer service when things aren’t straightforward. I was asked to book a phone call which I did. The phone call was made around the time it was booked for. I was asked to get more information from my doctor which I did. Then nothing. The promised follow up the next day didn’t happen. The money was taken when I was told it wouldn’t be and there were no replies to my emails even when one was clearly marked as a complaint. It was only when my review on Trustpilot was published that I got any response. UPDATE My order was sorted and I received an explanation and apology. I have updated my rating from one star to three as I feel that, although there were the issues noted above, the company did eventually work to resolve them.
