I have had to reduce my dose a few times . Have spoken to the pharmacist both by phone and email. And still i am having issues when I go to reorder. As obviously i had to order out of sync . Do they pharmacist not read the clinical notes ? Common sense would tell them there may be a week or 2 of discrepency in the ordering dates.
