Great service and quick delivery, everything is done by email and is stress free. The one little thing I would say is that it would be nice to get an occasional discount for being a loyal customer as I have not changed provider once!

Provided all the correct info, including ID etc requested. I get emails saying discrepancy re dob in my initial application. I checked incase I had made a typo and it was the same. Then they decline my order after 5 days with no explanation. But hey they took my money and I’m still waiting for refund! Ask for explanation re my review. As said I placed order asked for id then told discrepancy re my dob. Yet the dob on my id and application the same. So no explanation as to what discrepancy was. Few days later told declined. Not due to discrepancy re dob but my bmi. Fair enough but took my money and still haven’t refunded. So my issue is take customers move before checking if approved then hold onto it. Why not check details before taking money. Customer service not helpful just send standard response. So I stuck with my review as it is genuine experience
