Servizio di ottimo livello e prezzo adeguato. Auto nuova ed efficiente. Nessun problema alla consegna e alla riconsegna dell'auto.

Come al solito non e' stata data la vettura richiesta (Peugeot 2008) ma una della stessa categoria di minor appeal e minor prezzo di listino (SEAT Arona) che peraltro si e' rivelata sorprendentemente ottima. Non e' stata accettata la mia carta di credito digitale su Google Wallet ma ha dovuto pagare mia moglie con la sua carta di credito fisica con un sovrapprezzo di 10 euro al giorno iscrivendosi come secondo guidatore....regole assurde nel 2025!

The rental was made through booking.com , with pickup on March 25th at 12:00 from Mestre Train Station and return on March 28th at 9:30 at Marco Polo Airport. The car I requested was a Peugeot 208, but when we arrived at your company’s desk, the employee informed us that the requested car was not available, and he would provide me with a Lancia Ypsilon 1.0, which is not equivalent to the Peugeot 208. The Lancia is a far inferior car in terms of technical specifications and significantly smaller in size. The employee then suggested that I pay an additional €37.95 for full insurance coverage for the 3 days. I specifically asked if the coverage was full for the 3 days, and he assured me that the amount provided full coverage for the entire rental period. After I accepted and paid the additional insurance on the spot, the employee didn’t even accompany me to the parking to show me the vehicle, but gave us directions to go to a multistory parking garage ourselves and find the car. He asked me to sign on a tablet four times without informing me exactly what I was signing. One of these documents was the “CHECK-OUT Agreement,” without inspecting the vehicle on-site and then having me agree to the points listed in the document. The vehicle was in very poor condition, unwashed, and with numerous dents. Since the dents were so many, we focused on capturing these scratches in the video and did not capture the windsceen on the video. By return of the car they "discovered" a minor scratch on the windscreen and charged immediately my credit card with the outrageous amount of €1218

Vettura pulita, senza problemi, comoda. Un po' di coda all'arrivo, ma la signora ha dato indicazioni chiare e precise. La consegna è stata veloce e il personale molto disponibile.

Auto nuova e in ottime condizioni: La Seat Arona era pulita, moderna, comoda e perfetta per affrontare sia le strade cittadine che i tratti extraurbani della Sicilia. Ottimo comfort alla guida e consumi contenuti. • Ritiro comodo: Il desk è situato a pochi passi dal terminal, facile da trovare. Consegna del veicolo abbastanza rapida. • Personale disponibile: Gli operatori sono stati cortesi e professionali, spiegando tutto con chiarezza. • Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: Per il tipo di auto e il servizio ricevuto, il prezzo è stato più che giusto. Consiglio Sicily by Car per chi atterra a Palermo e vuole un’auto moderna e affidabile. Esperienza complessivamente positiva, rifarei la scelta.

Uitstekende service en duidelijke communicatie We zijn zeer tevreden over onze ervaring met deze autoverhuurder. We werden snel en vriendelijk geholpen bij het ophalen van de auto. Alles was duidelijk uitgelegd, inclusief het schadeformulier dat helder en eenvoudig in gebruik was. De auto zelf was in prima staat en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. We zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw een auto huren. Een echte aanrader!
