SbC’s rates are generally really competitive compared to the bigger names. So I always check with them first, their front desk man at Perugia is lovely and he always remembers me, the personal touch is always lovely and he’s very polite and professional. They lost a point because the radio was rubbish and seemed to have faulty wiring and no screen wash, check in and out was perfect xx

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen. Sehr freundliche sund kompetente Personal sowie ein reibungsloser und unkomplizierter Service bei der Abholung und Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges. Etwas lange Wartezeit beim Abholen, aber gute System mit QR-Code und Wartenummer, sowie angezeigter Wartezeit am Handy. Man kann in der Zwischenzeit einen Kaffee trinken gehen. Das Auto war in einem tadellosen Zustand, fast neuwertig und sauber. Zügige Abwicklung und die problemlose Übergabe. Gebucht haben wir über eine andere Buchungsplattform und auch dort eine zusätzliche Versicherung abgeschlossen. Wir wurden nur ein einziges mal gefragt, ob wir eine Zusatzversicherung machen wollen und das auch nicht aufdringlich. Das haben wir bei anderen Anbieter schon GAANZ ANDERS erlebt! Werden wir sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir in Italien sind.

Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – von der Buchung über die Abholung bis hin zur Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs. Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und effizient. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Beim Fahrzeug leuchtete das Warnsymbol mit dem Warndreieck auf, worüber wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Dies hatte jedoch keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die Fahrt oder die Fahrzeugleistung.

Contratamos un coche kuga automatico 8 días por 861,15 euros y cuando lo retiramos aumentamos 39 euros mas para tener el maximo seguro posible. Todo riesgo. Al segundo día se nos desmonta el plastico interior del porton trasero, lo recolocamos con mucho cuidado y a partir de alli ya no abrimos el porton, descargamos el coche a través de plegar los asientos traseros. Llevamos poco equipaje, 4 maletas de cabina. Nos hacen un depósito de solo 100 euros ya que llevamos el maximo seguro. Cuando lo entregamos nos revisan todo, cosa que no han hecho al darnoslo, y dicen que es culpa nuestra que se haya desmontadl el plastico. Me niego a firmar nada y envio un mail explicando mi versión. Pues no contentos con tener la caucion de 100 euros, sin avisar me cobran 450 euros mas. O sea, me dan un coche en malas condiciones y encima de ir incomoda con el Incidente va y me cobran a mi por el arreglo. Es una autèntica estafa pagar 900 euros por un servicio de 8 días y encima que nos cuelen los gastos de mantener su flota. Es una vergüenza, a parte del mal trato recibido en la entrega. En PALERMO no revisaron el coche con nosotros, nos dijeron que con el seguro que teniamos no se tenía que revisar a la entrega, y se desmontan piezas y pretenden robarnos así. En mi vida he visto un coche que le salten las piezas de plastico. Es un escandalo. Encima ni caso, y me quieren estafar 550 euros encima de haber pagado su maximo seguro para tener total tranquilidad. Ni se os ocurra contratar nada con ellos. Es una estafa. Les he reclamado y me ignoran.

I’ve rented a car from Booking.com, pick-up location being Treviso Airport. The location is not updated and the map is sending the clients in another direction. So I’ve spent a lot of time searching for the office. Nowhere is specified that the office is inside the airport. You need to stay at the same queue with people that didn’t pay yet, so useless to pay online for it. Stayed in queue for 1 hour. The good part was the quality of the car that was really good. When I returned the car no one was there to assist, we had to wait around 15 minutes for someone to come.
