Sicily by Car

Ottimo servizio e nessun problema a fine noleggio.

Things just went smoothly, both while receiving car and returning it in Cagliari airport. And yes, I was initially suspicious using local company, as I have usually used "multinational rental companies". And deposit was returned almost immediately. Now just hope that I didn not get speeding ticket while travelling in Sardinia

Excellent experience, very fast and efficient check-in and check-out. Skoda Octavia car practically new and nicely equipped - navigation, wireless CarPlay, etc. I recommend using the rental company's mobile app. I will certainly use the services of Sicily by Car more than once. Thank you.

A parte non riuscire mai ad avere la vettura prenotata questa volta è andata bene con Opel Corsa da 4000 km. al posto di Citroen C3. Ottimo il portale prenotazione e le reception di Palero o e Catania (in questo aeroporto non è facile trovare il car return in quanto non esistono indicazioni nelle strade dell'aeroscalo). Consigliato. P.s. le vetture vengo o lavate non abbastanza frequente

We hired a car from the Sicily by Car office in Messina on 14th June. The car itself was fine, but we found the experience of hiring it very hurried and impersonal, with little information offered. It felt very much as if the guys just wanted to give us the key to the car and say goodbye - I had to ask him to stop to show me the workings of the car - air con, sat nav etc, and he didn't even give me a chance to go round the car myself to look for scratches etc. before he rushed back to the office. As I say, the car itself was fine though, and we had a good trip down to Siracusa and then on to to Palermo. Our experience of returning the car was very different from Messina though - Denisa in the Downtown Palermo Sicily by Car office was brilliant. She welcomed us, and helped us out with returning the car (Palermo wasn't easy to negotiate), talked us through how to pay the local tax, and the following day helped us again with getting a taxi. We were really made to feel valued and welcome. Thank you Denisa.
