Ci è stata data un auto di gamma superiore rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato. L'auto era tenuta bene e funzionava bene. Anche il processo di ritiro e consegna è andato bene. Non abbiamo fatto ne fila ne attese.

Noleggio senza sorprese! Auto perfetta, praticamente uscita il giorno prima dal concessionario. Operatori gentili e professionali, sia alla consegna che al ritiro. Prezzo onesto, cosa volere di più?

Tutto bene: la macchina era quella prevista, ritiro e riconsegna facili nel parcheggio dell’aeroporto di Linate.

I got a car I have paid for. It was clean, big enough for me as a driver even though it was categorized as mid sized car. Staff is nice and effective. Check in and out was smooth, offices easy to find. Prices reasonable. Just one remark, gas tank policy is full - full. When I have received the car, tank was apparently full and there was 580 km distance to go. When I filled it up upon return, it showed 700 km distance to go. 120 km difference? Hm.

Nice guy in the reception and honest company. The only bad thing was the car been a little bit old, but it didn't change my rental at all, everything was working properly.

À fuir. Le véhicule est tombé en panne (plus de liquide de refroidissement) et Sicily By Car estime que le véhicule était en parfait état et nous a facturé le dépannage !

Cancellation of reservation without notice. Unstable company. Upon arrival at the airport, the manager at the counter informed me that my reservation was cancelled, putting me in an awkward situation. Be careful

Easy-going and cheap

The car MG was total shit. Navigator was below standard, so bad that used my phone. Worst thing was the motor or power line, in hilly or mountainous roads this MG was useless, motor did not know whether to use ev or gasoline motors and results was high rounds, lot of voice and no power. Terrible, never again. And I booked Cupra which you changed. Expect compensation!!!!

Cordialita' e serieta' gli aggettivi piu' indicati ,peraltro dimostrati anche in occasioni precedenti.Una conferma!

Nel Complesso buona esperienza. Ritiro e consegna veloci. I vetri dell’auto però erano molto sporchi nella parte interna.

Having rented from other companies at Pisa airport, where upselling was the norm and fault finding on return was extreme, Sicily by Car did neither. I found the process to easy and staff friendly. I only gave four stars as the car I was given had quite a lot of minor dents and scuffs on the bodywork, which was a shame. However, I photographed theses prior to leaving the hire premises and ensured that ALL damaged was noted by the company, so as to prevent any comeback. I would rent from Sicily by Car again.
