never order here, poor quality and NO service

Never order here! Super poor quality and no service! I had ordered 8 chairs, neatly finished according to the photos, (on the site of SIA and VEEPEE, impeccable) model MILA. The chairs are delivered and are not neatly finished at all, everything is sloppily done, padding is too short everywhere, you can still see the staples in some places, there is occasionally a stitch loose in the upholstery, the seams do not run straight, the fabric slobbers everywhere. I had ordered through VEEPEE, but that doesn't really matter. So complaint via VEEPEE. First SIA asks for photos of all the chairs and the problems. I take care of this, in detail, even with an indication on the photo of the defects per chair. Response from SIA (and VEEPEE)... They don't deny that it is not in accordance with the photos, that there are defects, that I am right, no, but they say that because there are no other complaints (which I can't check of course) I have no right to speak, and that I can't prove that it concerns all 8 chairs. Well they can come and have a look, I have not used the chairs yet and left them in their packaging. The proposed compensation (including the implicit recognition of the merits of the complaint) is 120 euros. Well? I just want good chairs or my money back, what do I do with 120 euros and 8 chairs that I just don't dare to put in my interior? I don't get any support from VEEPEE either, too bad I only looked at Trustpilot afterwards, I'm not alone at all... If there are customers who are in the same situation, feel free to leave a message. My lawyer recommends taking legal action. For 1200 euros ? But yes, if no one ever responds, they just keep delivering junk. I still hope that SIA and VEEPEE will reach an amicable settlement, according to the general terms and conditions they are also obliged to do so. To be continued. See response of Sia below. They choose to sell through Veepee or other suppliers so they Can deliver poor quality goods and deny all responsability. They admit they sell junk…but will tell their service department…What a joke. A few years ago Sia stoor for quality and service. Anyone with similar experience can contact me so we can take action.
