Sorely disappointed with the product…
Sorely disappointed with the product and Anglian. Received a letterbox with fingerprints on it and the letterbox did no close fully. Contacted Anglian via their online portal about returning the faulty product and if they could provide me with a prepaid postage label as the item was faulty. Their response was a link online for returns were you have to pay for return postage. I also spoke with someone and they advised I email the technical department as they have more knowledge. I have been waiting for two weeks and have not had a reply from them !!

A pretty awful experience from start to finish.
Order was placed online. Took the full 14 working days (!!) to be delivered. Wasn’t able to speak to the Online Shop team direct for any queries, always had to go through a central help desk who would hopefully pass messages on. When delivered, only half the order was supplied. Had to chase 3 times to get a resolution. Appalling service, long delivery times. At least the product (not made by Anglian) is of decent quality.
