Tracking delivery impossible
Order received and product is excellent. Delivery tracking was impossible and took 11 days but charged on placing order. Had to contact customer service to track order to be told it takes 14 days for delivery.

It was somewhat difficult to locate the right website and the correct part of that. As a result I received a call about installing replacement windows when I had ordered a replacement cat flap. Delivery was satisfactory albeit a little slow in that it took eight days for the product to arrive.

Patio Doors
The process ran smoothly from beginning to end except for a blip on the allotted day of installation when they didn't turn up. I was very annoyed at the time but they redeemed themselves by being very apologetic, compensating me and doing a wonderful job the next week. The quality of the product, the expertise and friendliness of the installer made up for it. He kindly took up tiles by the door which I no longer needed and attached a hook to stop the door banging when open. I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact they have fitted most of my windows and doors over the years.
