I spent thousands of pounds with this company to have wooden and PVCu windows fitted. All of the cottage bars on my wooden windows have been cut to the wrong length so that they have come away from the glass and let water behind them. I later found out that Anglian don't even make these themselves after being told they did by the sales person. I have tried to get this fixed for over a year now and Anglian ignore my issue and correspondance, even when contacting the CEO. This has forced me to seek legal advice.

On that day when Nigel Farmer visited us with the Shawbrook loan application, he intentionally deceived myself and my husband and presented us with the customer satisfaction forms as part of the paper work and made us sign them to release the fund from Shawbrook. Now my husband and I are forced in to making monthly payments to an Anglian project that is incomplete. We have no choice but to make payments as it will damage our credit reference if payments are missed. When confronting Nigel Farmer with this issue he responds that it is out of his hands now and that it was a mistake. And now we are having to deal the Anglian Paralegal team Rinu Mathew using the signed Customer satisfactions form against us as legal technicality. The customer satisfaction form should not have even been presented to my husband and I until the completion of the project. Let alone submitted to Shawbrook for releasing the funds. This is unethical business practice and Non-compliant to FCA treating customers fairly Anglian should NOT have the privilege of selling Shawbrook finance facilities. We are due to make our second payment and yet our Anglian extension project is still incomplete. This whole ordeal has been extremely stressful with my husband and I filled with regrets of choosing Anglian it has been an absolute nightmare. We were sucked in by the size of Anglian and its bespoke design but the real service does not live up to what is advertised. I wish I did not ignore the other bad reviews it would save us a lot of heartache and stress. We are not normally the type of people who express our views like this, but we feel we have No choice as my husband and I have experienced nothing but neglect and now Anglian Home Improvements have taken our money without completing the work.
