The replacement door handle oredered for a uPVC door is the incorrect size. Apparently for my uPVC door I need to order one for an aluminium door. Anglian only have a 14 day return policy so now I am stuck as it is outside of the policy. All I want is to exchange one for the other!

Replacement uPVC door handle
I ordered a replacement uPVC door handle on 1st April, this was delivered on 8th April. Discovered that it did not fit and contacted Anglian as to returns proceedure, posted it back on 11th April. To date no refund for the handle nor the postage. Worst service I have ever encountered and in breach of distance selling
