New window handle
Easy to get advice on part and order online, arrived a couple of days later in the post. Fitting wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped as I had to force the old window handle off and was frightened I’d damage the window but the new one went on easily and I now have a fully working window again.

Slow customer service
Ordered replacement door handle for Anglian french doors that have been beset with problems over the years, tried calling but was on hold for way too long, emailed customer service twice, both times took 5 days to respond. The door handle took 2 weeks to be delivered. Door handle arrived but doesn't fit the Anglian supplied and fitted door - contacted customer service again on the 22nd May but unfortunately no response. Really disappointing experience.
