I ordered and paid for a new window…
I ordered and paid for a new window handle on the 26th December… agreed there was Xmas and NY holidays to consider… it’s now 29th January and despite a couple of email reminders, product still hasn’t arrived leaving me with a window in the bathroom that I cannot open over a month later … I’m not happy!

After 25 years, and a broken letter box (the paper boy!) I was amazed that your replacement fitted perfectly. Particularly since the dimensions were not shown on line that I could see - only the depth options. Anyway, spectacular, and thanks.
