My laptop was struggling. I had even had to superglue the case which was coming apart. Nathaniel recommended an upgrade to an SSD drive and included an upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. My laptop now performs like new, for a fraction of the price of a new one. Highly recommend his services.

Took lots of holiday photos with new camera, somehow the sd card was / became corrupted. I contacted 2 companies, one said they couldn't fix it, another would charge £150 whether or not successful. Sheffield Comp Services fixed it within hours, for . . . . . much less!! Also helpful advice to reduce likelihood of problem in future. Thanks!

Visited on time as agreed and everything completed within the hour' Nathaniel appeared very competent, efficient and checked his understanding of my requirements and that I was happy before he left. Fitted an SSD in our PC. This required the removal of the CPU cooling system even to access the M2 port, which wasn't a task we trusted ourselves with, but Sheffield Computer Services did the job for us in little more than twnnty minutes, for a great price, and at a weekend to boot! I’ve waited for a couple of weeks just to be sure, but what was a broken laptop works like new. Was able to drop the laptop off after work and then had it back in less than 48hrs. I had to chance choosing who to take the laptop too, as had not needed to have one repaired before. Will definitely use SCS as my laptop repairer moving forward. Highly recommend.

Nathaniel has replaced a faulty and complex touch screen on my Acer 713 Spin Chromebook flawlessly. Really great work, along with great communication throughout, including options for the sourcing of the replacement parts. Very good value for money, and delighted to get my Chromebook back up and running. Highly recommended!
