having very little knowledge of computers i needed to find out whether my windows 10 on my machine could be upgrade to windows 11.and as expected it was to old. however a quick call to Sheffield computer services .they are amazing and very patient they gave me a few options one which was a new operating service .which is very good and very quick .even i can work it trust these people.you wont go wrong.

I had the screen replaced on my partners phone today. The phone was back with me in an hour and a half, and it was a bank Holiday Monday. Great service.

Nathaniel is very good and knowledgable he fixed my gaming PC after another shop tried and failed multiple times my PC is now running great and it saved me buying a new rig. I will 100% be using him again should I need his expertise.

Nathaniel has been helping us with our computers for many years. This includes setting them up initially and then when things go wrong solving the problem for us. He is clearly very knowledgeable and we have not yet had a problem he has not been able to solve. He is always prompt in answering calls and absolutely reliable in attending call-outs. When we have had to leave a computer with him it has always been ready on the agreed date. Mostly Nathaniel has been able to solve the issue on site in a very short space of time. He is our 'go to' computer man and we can thoroughly recommend him without reservations.

After reading reviews on here I trusted Nathaniel with my laptop which was full and unable to function properly. He replaced my tiny hard drive with a new one and set it up with clean versions of Windows etc (he was not able to clone the old hard drive) I had some syncing issues with trying to get my backed-up files off One Drive but Nathaniel sorted it remotely and it all seems to be running smoothly now! He was friendly and professional, and seems very trustworthy. I was happy with the price as the alternative would have been a new laptop. Thanks Nathaniel

Nathaniel from SCS was admirably professional and efficient. He ordered and replaced my laptop battery, however I imagine quite a lot of tech types could do that. What was really great was that, like the best teachers, he was very patient and adept at explaining things and totally clear and un patronising. answering my varied list of IT queries. He also eased my mind about a couple of concerns re my email set up and photo storage and management stuff. I’ve learnt a lot. I definitely recommend Nathaniel and will contact him again as soon as this “ Pre digital “ is faced with more tech challenges. ( Yep. No doubt that’ll not be long….).

Nathaniel did me an absolutely solid of fixing my laptop twice in an emergency! Once the C drive was too full and it got stuck in a death loop. He fixed it mega quick and for a super reasonable price including updating Windows. Then, I spilt tea on the keyboard. Complete panic. Nathaniel took it from me the same day and it was dried out within a few days with no damage or extra costs! I cannot recommend Sheffield Computer Services enough!

My home desktop computer had several issues that I just couldn't sort out myself despite repeatedly trying, eventually I had to admit defeat. I Googled to find someone near to where I lived who did home visits, I came across Sheffield Computer Services. The response was super quick and after a short chat with Nathaniel he came to my home to sort the problems out. He was very professional, really approachable, and quickly got to work resolving the many issues. I thought that the price was very reasonable for what he had done. I can highly recommend this company, and I will certainly use it again. One very happy customer.

After becoming dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from a company I had been using for computer repairs for years, I decided it was time for a change. I chose Sheffield Computer Services, and I am very glad I did. The previous attempt at repair had left a working computer not recognising any of its internal drives and unbootable, and was told that it was on its last legs. Nathaniel got the computer recognising the drives and booting again and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. He also took the time to make sure the latest drivers were installed for all aspects of the computer, especially the graphics drivers, which has enhanced its performance in that respect. Nathaniel was friendly, polite, courteous and respectful at all times, and managed to get a computer that according to the previous company was on its way out working well again. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheffield Computer Services to anyone.

My major problem was completely resolved. The service was also very prompt and the advice given very helpful. I’m not IT savvy and am very grateful for Sheffield Computer Services to help me out! Would highly recommend.

A brilliant find!! I needed a computer specialist who was both competent and trustworthy to sort out my computer. This company was recommended and didn't disappoint.
