It was perfect. My old laptop had all my music stored on it but it would no longer load up. I had already spent at least 2 hours trying to copy the music. Nat managed to find it and copied 1400 songs onto an MP3 player for me. Zero stress, a very reasonable price and all done in 2 days ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delighted with the service I received from Nathaniel. I had a problem with my Chromebook that required parts from abroad. I recently called up for advice on my laptop which was running slowly. He diagnosed the issue over the phone and the work (with clear explanation and transparent costings) was done within a few days. My laptop is working fine again now and I have even asked him a couple of follow up questions which he has given advice on really efficiently too. His set up is totally Covid-secure too so you can still get help even though we're in lockdown at the moment.
