I am happy with my bra, however the size ran very small. So I am exchanging it. You have allowed me to contribute this to someone I know. I think that is awesome! Thank you!

The material was wonderful and very comfortable

I placed an order thinking I was buying one bra ! I then noticed nearly £90 left my bank ! Within 5 minutes I went into chat and asked them to cancel !! They said they couldn’t! If you click on “ I’d like to save Money “ they add 2 bras on and charge you ! Reading these reviews you are charged to send each item back separately. I am contacting Consumer Advice as I’m not happy with the way they’ve added items and the way they couldn’t cancel even though they haven’t even been dispatched

The ease of purchase was splendid and delivery was prompt. The product however did not meet my expectations.It crept up each time I wore it out; really embarrassing and uncomfortable. I bought 4 different sizes to see if that would make a difference, unfortunately not.

I am still waiting for a response for my stolen order. Not happy with Shapermint’s customer service. The usage of delivery service uni uni is irresponsible. They leave orders/deliveries in the lobby for anyone coming into the building to steal. I have asked for a redelivery by ups and have gotten no response. If the package cannot be delivered by ups then I want a refund!

Love the fact that there are no wires to worry about and having them pop out of the sides. very comfortable but I will say the padding is a bit much for a bigger gal. I don't need the extra front padding.

Comfy but left me with a monoboob! Expensive for what they are in my opinion, can get a wireless bra a lot cheaper and does the same job. Had high hopes but feel a little let down.

It’s very hard to put on.

I could not get an update on when my package would be delivered, because as expected it was left in my porch and could have been stolen. The tracking ‘program’ they use doesn’t work. I did send them a message asking when I would get it, it said response within 24 hours and nothing.

Quality material and design. The garments arrived quickly. I would buy more products from them.

Your employees/customer service are not doing a good job. I have sent several emails to correct my delivery address and you continue to send packages to wrong address. I have decto never buy from you. I will use EBY company whose selling great pro5.
