I have been passed from pillar to post, I am now on my third lawyer. The first time I was given one week’s notice that my transaction was being handed over due to my first lawyer’s holiday followed by an extended leave of absence for a hospital procedure, which is understandable. However, the second time I have been handed over to a third lawyer with less than 12 hours notice by email and with no explanation. The overall communication has been really poor. I have not had phone calls or emails returned for several days. I am now very torn between trying to complete our transaction with the Setfords team, who should have the history of our transaction or moving to another firm for better service.

Setfords, specifically Emily were fantastic. Always very informative and helpful, especially dealing with our Sale and Purchase. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a very long and stressful journey with the sale of our property lasting nearly 3 years. We were recommended Setfords as solicitors and a lady called Delyth looked after our case.
