We had a very long and stressful journey with the sale of our property lasting nearly 3 years. We were recommended Setfords as solicitors and a lady called Delyth looked after our case. To cut an extremely long story short and had 2 sales fall through plus we had to pull out of our purchase too which was very upsetting and had to go back to the beginning reselling our property and looking for another purchase. Throughout this process Delyth guided us along the way remaining professional and extremely helpful and supportive as our sale was by nomeans straightforward due to a management company etc. Thankyou to Delyth and Setfords who got us into our new home finally this May and we can now sleep at night!
