I am always sceptical when reading reviews of anything and hence the reason I never really leave many. In this instance I am compelled to do so for two reasons, the first being the importance of the service in selling/purchasing one’s home and the second being the exceptional service I have received from sellmyhom.com I had never sold a property before and the whole process seemed a little daunting to me and I am convinced that without instructing sellmyhome it would have been just that. From the get go every member of the team I dealt with were exceptional, I don’t think I have had any process or service where I have dealt with such professionalism. The process was more drawn out than expected but this was owing to my solicitors and the stamp duty holiday which was somewhat unavoidable, but this was remedied by the exceptional efforts of Sarah Davies whom liaised with the solicitors on my behalf and hastened their efforts. The aforementioned Sarah Davies needs special mention at this point. I have honestly never dealt with someone as professional and hardworking in my life. Nothing was to much effort from explanation of process to attention to detail, Sarah has been the very definition exceptional. It is two weeks after completion and Sarah is still taking my phone calls to provide advice and guidance with no real obligation to do so, and I believe this speaks volumes about a person’s character. Sarah always took or promptly returned emails and phone calls and liaison between buyer and seller was prompt and concise. You could genuinely tell that Sarah cared about the whole process and getting it right. Sarah is large part of the reason that I shall be using sellmyhome again for further property services. Please rest assured that if you instruct sellmyhome that you are dealing with professionals that go above and beyond, offering truly unparalleled service. I was introduced to Scott of SellMyHome to sell my property by recommendation from Rentmyhome who were managing letting side for me. Sukhi took over finding prospective purchaser getting involved in arranging viewing and agreeing selling price with the purchaser ensuring I was made aware of offers being made. Caroline and Sarah Davies handled sales progression side and although it was a well-managed process in what turned out to be a prolonged sale due to the purchaser asking for more information not provided by his solicitors. Caroline and in particular Sarah were both constantly in touch and available to ensure the sale process progressed and able to answer questions promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah as she is very knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. She kept me updated at all times, if Sarah said she was going to ring me, I could always rely on getting that call even at 7:00pm on Friday. Sarah showed great emphasis and was a great support when completion did not go quite to plan, she genuinely cared and that came across when I spoke to her and she had my best interest at heart at all times. I have lot of respect for Sarah and her work ethics. KEEP UP SARAH!!

Where to begin.. it was my first time sellling a property. My mortgage advisor recommended sellmyhome (Leicester) - I hadn't heard of them but thought I'd give them a shot. First impresssions are key and when I met Scott, he was friendly and down to earth. Scott is straight talking, yet knowledagble and provides great advice which suits the customer and not their business. The whole team were always polite and nice to talk to as part of the booking of viewings. Sukie was the dedicated agent who dealt with the sale and always kept me up to date with relevant details. As the sale progressed, Sarah was at the forefront of the final hurdle and was not only courteous and supportive of my impatience but gave her all to push the transaction through our perspective deadline. Our experience with Sell My Home was brilliant. Our agent, Tim Bentley sorted out the photos and the video tour of our property which we thought were brilliant. Also he conducted all the viewings too. Once we had an offer, the sales progression was passed to the main office where we dealt with Sarah Davies. She was amazing. We always felt as though we kept bothering her with minor queries but she was always there to sort them out for us and said we were not bothering her at all. She dealt with everything in a very professional manner too. I would definitely recommend this online estate agent and would use them again too.

I cannot recommend Rosalind Levy enough. She was exceptionally professional. On seeing my house, gave me expert advice on what needed to be done, we then organised this. She kept in communication throughout the process. She only showed viewers who were in a position to buy, and her feedback was honest and she worked non stop to help me achieve my sale. I would definitely use her again without hesitation. She does not give you false hopes, unrealistic sale prices and responds quick to your queries and keeps you fully updated throughout the who process, verbally and in writing.

The sell my home team. Where great in every aspect all they way through to completing. The booking system is great and easy to deal with. The team are responsive and professional. Very reasonable prices to sell as well. The completion team is an add on but very much worth the money. Sarah did a lot of chasing and hand holding that made the entire process much easier.

I highly recommend Rosalind @ SellMyHome. Rosalind delivered what she promised i.e. achieved my purchase to go through quick and within the timescale that I required. Ros has always kept me updated and always answered any queries I had. Honest and down to earth. Hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be doing business with SellMyHome again in the future.

I would like to put on record that Sarah Davies the Sales Progression Manager at Sell my home in the Leicester office was one of the best out there. She pushed and pushed when needed to speed up the process that the conveyers I was using seemed to be having problems. She was like a member of my family, pushing for my issues that were continually coming up, due to processes that were going wrong. Without Sarah this process would have failed, even with the stamp duty being extended , the good news was ( It did not actually effect me ) , I feel I would still be waiting to be moved and would have missed the dead line of NO STAMP DUTY, without Sarah and her team. Excellent Service and help. A credit to the Estate Agent Industry without pale. Highly Recommended. 11 out of 10 at least.
