We sold our home through Wes Collins and it was stress free from start to finish! He sold our house on the 1st day it went on the market. Wes stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Wes without hesitation to anyone.

We put our house up for sale and Wes Collins was our agent. We sold our house after the second viewing thanks to Wes. He knows the housing market inside out and guides you through the sales process, keeping you up to date with the transaction. Although he deals with many clients he answers your call when you ring him or texts you back to say he is busy and will call you back. He takes the hassle out of selling your property, helping you out with any problems that arise during the sale making you feel at ease. He is very professional in his work and is a credit to the company.

I am a first time buyer and english is second language to me, so i didn’t know anything about anything. But sellmyhome agents Amy and Caroline was fantastic!! They explained everything very clear over phone and email and we haven’t had any questions throughout the 11 weeks, because they were so transparent always! We so grateful to work with them.

Wesley collins was my agent. Professional. Honnest. Trustworthy. Reliable. Contactable. Supportive. Empathy. Good Negotiator. Fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Wes was a superstar from start to finish. Every time I had a question, it was resolved straight away. If I called he would call back with in minutes or reply with a text. Nothing was to much hassle. He made the whole process easy and I would 100% recommend his service. Great guy too!

A wonderful, personable, professional and approachable company. During a stressful time in my life it was a relief to have Tim come, take some pictures ask a few simple questions and get the house up for sale. The house sold within the week due to the professional photography and the tailor made descriptions. Even once the house sold they contacted people to keep us up to date. A really great company that earn every penny. Sarah was lovely to work with and pushed up and down the chain for us to get things moving, and to give us the information we needed to push the sale through. Well worth contacting this company.

Clueless about the property, why not to use an online agent... They were adamant the property had parking, and then on the viewing confirmed there was no parking. A reply from SMH states parking is on top of the rent, yet this was not mentioned or stated anywhere…2 weeks later and it is still for sale, listed with secure parking. They also have a poor understanding of notice periods to tenants despite trying to sell a tenanted property. Communication was poor from the individual we dealt with as he was pestering myself and my partner despite us being in the same emails together. The viewer assigned by SMH.co.uk was unbelievably arrogant and his understanding of being a sales agent is questionable, it wouldn't encourage many people to offer through them. Warning to any vendors looking to instruct SMH.

Trust is hard to come by in the stressful, difficult and sometimes murky world of buying and selling property. We have been bitten before, once coming nose to nose with an agent over questionable business practices and BS. However that said when you find a good one you will recognise them. This is the third time we have used Tim Bentley at SellMyHome and once again he has exceeded our expectations, going over and above the normal lacklustre approach of other estate agents. He is personable, attentive and professional getting us a price for our home that we were delighted with. I could not recommend Tim highly enough.
