This was an excellent experience from the initial on line quote, where I found the system easy to use and very versatile. I then wanted to specific the car with some options Phil Roden did a great job helping me to spec the car and then locate the vehicle and revise quotations to arrive at a great price. Finance approval and documentation was slick as was follow up, delivery arrangements and the handover. Overall I was delighted with the service and ultimately the vehicle.

The experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish with the most amazing car at the end. Michael Tibbs was my accounts manager and he kept me informed and still continues to support after the delivery with a follow up call. I can’t recommend this company or Michael enough and amazing value for money. 10/10

Select's lease price for the car I wanted was very competive and the website easy to navigate and use. Once I decided to proceed, Richard provided an excellent service and walked me through the process to secure my lease and get me into a new car in a relatively short amount of time. Once the deal was sealed with Richard, the Select Admin Team kept me informed of progress and delivery date etc. All in all a very simple exercise for me to get into a new car.

Aleksey was readily available to assist, kept me updated on progress. The whole ordering process was simple.

Superb from start to finish

We received great customer service experience. Having had trouble online to order a new car we were offered a face to face appointment very quickly. Everything was dealt with very smoothly and although we received the car a little later than expected we are now enjoying it. So overall very happy with the service we have received.
