The car is great but no window screen wash from delivery and no petrol

I was recently speaking with family about how professional – and genuinely human – this leasing company is. I'm so glad I came across them during my online search. They're not only great when it comes to vehicle options, but their customer service truly stands out as well. Scott Legg kept me regularly informed and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. The team took all of my enquiries seriously and followed up on everything promptly and professionally. Great company and great staff – I highly recommend them!

Olivia Frazer (Leasing Consultant) has been wonderful from day 1. She communicated clearly on what to except and was more than happy to help whenever I had any questions throughout the process. Even though there was a minor delay in getting the delivery date from the Dealer side, Olivia was transparent in what was going on. I recommend them.

Very easy process. James bamber was great to deal with and was great at communicating throughout the process. He explained everything clearly from the beginning and made sure all questions were answered. Received a courtesy call after the delivery of the car to ensure everything was okay too. All the team I dealt with throughout the process were friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable too. Would definitely use again.

Nice manner and very helpful. However, Maintenance plan was incredibly slow to put in place whilst still receiving automated emails advertising a maintenance plan!

Such a friendly team answered all questions with quick and knowledgeable response.

I had to source my own Company Car, which I'd never done before. I went to a few dealers who suggested I contact a leasing company. I contacted Select Car Leasing and Ian Perrow gave me a call back and we talked through my options. He made it clear and easy to understand. I had a few cars in mind but the trouble was actually getting a vehicle for the date I required. I needn't have worried. Ian sourced a car for me, sorted the finance and I took delivery last Friday. I was kept informed every step of the way and Ian was always at the end of a phone incase I had any questions. An excellent service.

Overall good service but had to chase things up a few times. Need to improve their communication methods , especially for people that are new to leasing.
