Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.
We met with John Kelly to arrange LPA’s. We found the meeting extremely beneficial. John explained the process in great detail and answered all of our concerns; we were thoroughly impressed.

Andrew Stock & Clive Beesley came to our Autumn Seminar in November which gives information to care providers in Home and Dom Care settings. Andrew did a talk on LPA's which was very interesting and insightful. They both engaged with the audience in the room and we were very happy with their presence.

We are elderly couple and have been thinking about writing our will for a long time but unfortunately left it for too long . We started recently seriously addressing the issue and fortunately Secure Inheritance Legal Service Ltd was recommended by the Law Superstore Ltd . We met Mr Edward Moodie , the legal representative's who was very helpful , knowledgeable and understood our needs. He went through all our requirements including the LPA, will, executor and saving the documents for life. The package was reasonably and competitively priced in comparison to the most of other offers. We were very worried but Mr Moodie was helpful and tried his best to make the task reasonable and easy to follow. We have no doubt to recommend them to anyone especially people like us, elderly.
