I have just set up my will with a friendly guy called Gary he helped me to understand with what I wanted for my family when I pass but not planning on going yet but Gary was very helpful and understanding with my wishes very polite gentleman I am not a computer tech but Gary helped me through this so thank you Gary for all your help and support

Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.

Contacted by John Kelly who patiently listened to our requirements over a lengthy meeting, assisted us to prepare wills that covered several legal points that we had not even thought of! John then guided us through the LPA maze, and ensured that everything was in order. We selected Mr Moodie from 4 responses to our enquiry concerning POA. From the initial phone call right through to the signing of the forms, Mr Moodie has been excellent in his explanation and guidance on our way ahead. From the initial enquiry, Edward was the only one of 4 to offer to come to our home to guide us thru the Legal jargon in an easily understandable way, all the others only offered online or telephone applications, it was so much easier to have it explained there and then. From the outset he put us at ease, and all paperwork was completed on the initial visit with the drafts returned within the week, any corrections completed promptly and final signing completed within the time specified, so thank you for the help in completing our Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trust, we will certainly recommend you to our friends. Paul was knowledgeable and explained things in detail.4 Stars rated as there were corrections to the draft will and we had trouble with sending/receiving e-mails - not Paul's fault but it was only established when I chased up the document. The process for the Will took longer than expected but it met our needs and I would recommend this service.
