Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.

During the lock-down of 2021 we approached John Kelly to organise a will for my mother. Not only did he organise this for her he also organised POAs for both Health and Welfare and Property and Finance for her. He also organised a trust for her. We found John to be knowledgeable, helpful and also very sensitive/caring. I would recommend him to anyone. Through John we organised to have my mother's will and POAs stored in safe keeping with Secure Inheritance Legal Services. We have received very good and prompt service from them. Dealing with the Office of the Public Guardian is a complete and utter nightmare and that is if you are able to reach by telephone - it took the OPG 18 months to process my mother's POAs. Anyway, Secure Inheritance were very helpful and got us through the process and most recently when we needed to have the original copies of my mother's POAs we received them the next day. I recommend Secure Inheritance Legal Services.

He proved to be knowledgable on key matters and his team also advised an error previously not spotted regarding some Land Registry details. We had been chatting about making our wills for sometime, when we met Peter from Secure Inheritance. We arranged a meeting at our home. The advice and service we received was second to none.
