I have just set up my will with a friendly guy called Gary he helped me to understand with what I wanted for my family when I pass but not planning on going yet but Gary was very helpful and understanding with my wishes very polite gentleman I am not a computer tech but Gary helped me through this so thank you Gary for all your help and support

Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.

I had been meaning to amend my Will and set up an LPA for ages. I had met John Kelly from Secure Inheritance through business networking. He was extremely patient with me getting my act together to take my actions forward - but he was NEVER pushy at all. You could not want for a more likeable, patient and understanding person. John came to my home, explained every stage to me, including the benefits and disbenefits of actions, and walked me through the entire process of changing my Will and setting up the LPA. I thoroughly recommend John if you are looking to makes changes to your Will, or if you have never made one.

A new will was needed and as my grandfather is house bound we needed someone to come to him. Gary Owen was sent and was really helpful and very professional, he made things easy for my grandfather to understand and explained things for him. He really made the whole process so simple and easy. It was a really speedy process too which helped give my grandad peace of mind that everything would be ok.

My old will was well out of date but I kept putting off writing a new one. I finally grasped the nettle and Dan Lion turned up at my door by appointment. We went through everything in detail and Dan answered all of my questions. I had a few follow-up queries that Dan answered via email. Now the will is finally complete and in force. And I am struggling to explain to myself why I left it so long to update this crucially important document. Thanks very much for all of your help, Dan!!

Met with John Kelly the other day to discuss our Wills and POA. He explained everything to us and how everything works. He also explained the different options that they offer at Secure Inheritance, and allowed us to discuss the different prices with him. Very impressed and we now have set both of our Wills out in the space of a 2 hour meeting.

We recently asked Ed to advise us and prepare Wills and LPAs. He made two visits to our home, the first to see what we required and then to return when everything had been written up. He was very patient, explaining all our queries and taking the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. He answered any emailed queries the same day and fitted in with our suggested times for visits even though for the signings it needed to be "after hours" and he had to make a long car journey. We couldn't thank him enough for making this necessary task go so smoothly. A lovely, kind and thoughtful lawyer.
