Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.
We met with John Kelly to arrange LPA’s. We found the meeting extremely beneficial. John explained the process in great detail and answered all of our concerns; we were thoroughly impressed.

Almost all our dealings with Secure Inheritance were through their agent Andy Larkam. Initially wanting help with LPAs, we were given confidence to also ask for help with Wills and also with a couple of other matters outside Secure Inheritance's scope but Andy referred us to trusted professionals in the relevant areas. Andy kept in regular touch throughout.

It was a great help to have Andy Larkham of Secure Inheritance oversee our application for writing out our will which made the whole process seamless any problems that we encountered were dealt with in a professional manner, some items that we were not aware of were explained and had we not had the help from Andy then we might have missed certain opportunities ie ring fencing, so thank you Andy.
