Pretty smooth service although they held back some items on my order until the rest of the balance of order arrived which was 8 weeks could of sent 3 item which they had and sent the back order ok which is what they did when I chased it

Excellent service. After a quick call for some information about some mixer spares, I placed the order from the website. I been informed that the delivery could take up to one month, but the part arrived after one week. Good packaging, good price, the spare part was a Chinese replica but well made and no differences in terms of sound can be spotted. Great service.
