The transaction with SBS Audio Visual was exceptional, I received my package 5 days later. It was well-packed, no damage, and I will install the woofer and update this review as soon as I test it. I order parts on the 27/03/23 and there was to arrive on the 31/03/23 but unfortunately there didn't rang on Monday to chase them up or to see where is the parts I was told that the parts are still in the where house is that any good to me no all now still waiting for them as there should be next day delivery notting fed up

Excellent, perhaps a bit busy during the holiday season
The communication through phone and later using the web shop message system was excellent. And the company sent a partial shipment for free. The stock information on the site needs some attention. Also it is important to realize that the main site and the /shop/ site contain separate login systems. This could perhaps be made a bit more clear to users who want to login.
