I have worked for SBL and they provide you with incorrect & missing payments, missing invoices and no support and go missing when you have a query. I have been chasing them for several months and now will seek to take legal action against them
Fake reviews on google, check the trust pilot and you will get a clear reflection of the company. They overcharge you any chance you get £50 for a car wash and £20 for adblue when you rent the van, £50 for a dbs check. They don’t pay for your petrol and if there’s even a scratch on the van they will charge you £200. When theres issues the management doesn’t help out. Good luck trying to make money here. They take a £500 pound deposit and if there’s a damages to the van that’s beyond repair they charge you £2500 excess.

They delivered a new washing machine to my property on behalf of Arrow XL delivery company and Hughes Electrical.
The 2 men were clearly not experts in washing machine installation, they were rude and unhelpful and became verbally aggressive and intimidating. They even threatened to leave the old recycled washing machine on my driveway if I didn’t sign yet another form for them. I just wanted them out of my property and felt scared of what they would do. They also damaged my floor in the process of removing my old washing machine. Arrow XL and Hughes electrical should not be using this company to represent their companies. Avoid at all cost
This afternoon, around 1pm, my husband and I were walking our dog northbound, on the right hand side, when one of your vans veered to our side of the road, on to the pavement and drove right at us at speed - over double yellow lines, before swerving back on to the road. I wasn't able to get a good photo in time as the event had terrified my dog and she needed to be calmed down; we got a look at the female driver who was smoking during this whole erratic driving episode.

Driver parked his van on our private driveway then left it there for 6-7mins to walk up and down our street looking for other addresses. I was waiting on a Tesco delivery which had just turned up but couldn't park because of this courior van. The courier eventually came back and I said to him to please don't park on our private driveway as you are blocking our delivery. It was a red rag to a bull. So very confrontational, in my face, shouting at me you finin b@#+&. My Tesco driver was absolutely shell shocked. Never had he seen someone be so angry. He asked if I was okay and that I took the right action by just stepping back from the courier driver.

Experienced the most disgusting behaviour from two women yesterday around 16:00 by the number plate “KP21 HUK” in Maidenhead, absolute embarrassment to the public. Call yourself couriers or wannabe pub fighters? Whilst this van was parked up behind me, I was reversing to turn right due to the car in-front being to close, they decided to pull out and get close to my car, rather than apologise they decided to become severely aggressive by causing a scene and blocking the entire road where there were cars waiting. More the fact she was more worried about her self esteem than representing the company she works for. Before you embarrass yourself in public think twice before you decide to argue, I have pictures and your number plate and will take the matters further. Disgusting attitude with NO respect. Shameful women, company needs to think twice about the type of people they recruit.

Signs at start of the country lane I live on shows Private access authorized users only 10 MPH. The correct lane is 50m to the East twice as wide no speed limit. Passed my cottage at over 20 mph and 10 minutes later he returned down the lane at a greater speed. Private road so if I can I'll park on the lane he can turn around and use the correct lane
Disgusting Couriers, They have driven across our front garden, over our flower bed, crushing all the plants in there because he could not be bothered to to go on the road around our house to deliver the parcel to next door. When we confronted him about it all he could say was : so what. He put his face up to my Husband and said what you going to do about it old man. It looks like they delivery for Amazon, well if this is the Couriers they use the I will not be ordering from Amazon and this is not the first experience we have had with ppl delivering for Amazon.

For one of there couriers registration KM21YUW to move his van from my being double parked from my street with his hazard lights on even though there was a car parking space right next to him. When I questioned him about this he admitted he was in the wrong but refused to reverse into the space to allow traffic from the street to flow. Terrible and unacceptable behaviour from there staff avoid at all costs.
worked for this company in weybridge for a week! hired a van off them and all week iv had nothing but problems with the system, waiting around for parcels which can take up to 2 hours. so anyway i was put in a tight narrow roaded rural area and scratched the van accidently. i had to report it back. i was them told that my 1st pay will all be taken off me for the hire van for the week and the cost of damages which will leave me with no money to pay bills at all. so they are bascially taking my hard earned cash off me this company didnt tell me this before at the start! they made me work few more shift to cover the cost of damages before i leave so i quit straight away wasent going to work anymore for nothing!! my advice is DO NOT HIRE THE VAN!! also you have to tap in your own money for fuel but claim it back on expenses (well i hope!!!!)

If you see good reviews they are mostly from their own employees in the head office. This company will scam you for your money. Do not hire a van from them as they will charge you for damages you didn’t do. They promise 5-6 working days but then cut your Amazon routes on the day so you are working 3-4 days. The pay is very bad as your getting £157 then they take over £30 for van per day (mon-sun) and also fuel you have to pay which works out to be £30-40 per day depending where you are going. The management is very bad and I recommend no one to work with this company! Believe my words they will scam you for everything even if you get a parking ticket they will add their own admin fee of £30 and you have to pay the ticket on top so that shows how bad this company runs. It’s not worth it and the amount of parcels/stops you do at the end of the day you are just really tired. DO NOT JOIN!
Honestly so unprofessional and prolific liars. Would highly recommend to avoid at all costs and wish i had seen all of these reviews beforehand. Leaving the job seems like so much stress. I was told ONE weeks wait for my pay.. a week had gone by it then turnt to “legally they can with hold it to 28 days?” It doesnt take 28 days to see whether a van can function.
