Dreadful service and threatening delivery men
Dreadful, appalling service received from this cowboy service. They delivered a new washing machine to my property on behalf of Arrow XL delivery company and Hughes Electrical. The 2 men were clearly not experts in washing machine installation, they were rude and unhelpful and became verbally aggressive and intimidating. They even threatened to leave the old recycled washing machine on my driveway if I didn’t sign yet another form for them. I just wanted them out of my property and felt scared of what they would do. They also damaged my floor in the process of removing my old washing machine. Arrow XL and Hughes electrical should not be using this company to represent their companies. Avoid at all cost
