Item received damaged, emailed re options, no reply, chaser email sent, still no reply. Item now out of stock so really wanted to keep the one I had. Completely ignored me and still no response to three emails.

I ordered a pair of size 9 shoes for my husband but when they arrived they were a size 8 in the wrong box. So a complete waste of time. The customer services person was very helpful though and sent me a prepaid postage label for their return.

Purchased a Levi's shirt, which arrived within two days. Good value for money and good quality.

Great staff and customer service

Terrible company! Wouldn't refund my money which was £225! Only would put on a card I could only use on their website! Very unhelpful and the worst customer service I have ever known and I have worked in retail myself for 30 years. Do not use this company! Awful!

Ordered an item, paid for it, and then got an email a week later advising a refund as there was a stock ‘error’ and got refunded. Just a bit of advice….don't try and sell things you don’t have and lose customers in the process

Great company chat and efficient

According to DPD the delivery has been cancelled as they have not received the parcel from Sanderson's. I have e-mailed but heard no response so far just a lack of communication which has been really disappointing.

Sandersons were brilliant and I was sceptical after the reviews I read. I ordered a coat online and it arrived the next day, beautifully wrapped. Sadly it didn’t fit, so I returned it and received a prompt refund. Whilst you don’t get notifications of the item being received, I got a notification to say the refund had been issued like most stores.
