Dreadful service!
Hasn’t shipped an order placed 2 weeks ago with no contact, then unexpectedly closed their online store; “reassured” buyers via email that orders will be shipped but had no contact since, and no reply to the emails or Facebook messages I’ve sent. I’m really frustrated now with the awful customer service and I’d like either my product or my money back. EDIT 23/7/25 - I’ve finally had an email regarding a refund on my order, citing item out of stock - almost 3 weeks after the order was made. Thank you for the refund, but the limited contact after my chasing the store several times with no reply, and the amount of time taken to refund means I won’t be shopping here again.
