Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

I sold my bungalow eith Ryderand Diutton and purchased a new bungalow in a different area so I had a lot of dealings with the girls in the office in particular Ammaarah and Jade who were very polite and very helpful through out the process these girls are the face of R&D and the first people you have dealings with Well done girls great job

We purchased a house through Ryder & Dutton's Heywood branch. Catherine was our primary contact, and she was nothing short of excellent throughout. She kept us up-to-date with everything on our purchase side and was always keen to answer any questions that we had throughout the process. On a slight tangent, in the later stages of the process, the main point of contact at our solicitors went on maternity leave. Some problems ensued, which involved lost messages between the seller's and our solicitors. Catherine was able to get to the bottom of this, highlight the cause of the delays, which helped to keep things moving along. I'm not sure we'd have completed when we did had it not been for Catherine spotting the problem! As I'd already mentioned, our primary contact was Catherine, but on occasion, we also spoke with Tom. Despite not being involved in the day-to-day detail (as it was usually Catherine), he was always helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase to be able to answer any questions that we might have had. Would highly recommend!

We sold our house with Ryder and Dutton Chadderton Branch, from start to finish it was great communication and got a sale price of higher than we expected, it was tricky sale with it falling through due to a unforseen reason but they acted quickly to get this back on the market and sold it for more the 2nd time around. Carmel ensured great communication and a cool head through out and kept us updated as much as she could. Thank you to the full team and will keep you in mind in the future for sure

The sales people, Ammaarah, Jade, Michaela and Oliver, held on for almost a year after the sale, providing support, and encouragement, and chasing buyer's and my own solicitors when things seemed to stagnate. A great team. Well done.
