Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

We would definitely recommend using Ryder & Dutton in Oldham they stuck to their promise to sell our property with great marketing. Laura looked after the sale of our house and was amazing from start to finish. We never had to chase her for an update as she kept us informed throughout and was on the ball with everything and helped us feel at ease. We had a 3rd time luck purchase .. which Laura helped us get over the mark quickly and professionally. Thank you Laura we will definitely be asking for you if we sell again in future!

A good agent will show people around a property, feedback from viewings promptly, help you negotiate a sale price. and once a sale has been agreed chase up progress with both buyers and sellers solicitors to get the sale over the line. The team at Slaithwaite have done this patiently and professionally and kept us calm when things looked like they were going to unravel. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From a really friendly initial contact when buying our new home, Adam Yates was superb throughout the whole process, giving us weekly updates on progress and ensuring communications with the vendor were quick and effective.
