Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Amber and Alice were both amazing and have been so helpful. Selling a property was a completely new experience to me and I didn’t really know what it involved or what I was doing. Both were super friendly, approachable and informative along with being so helpful. I have probably emailed far too much during the process as I was a little anxious about the whole process. Even when one buyer pulled out they worked so hard to find another one and push it through for me. If you are a newbie to selling or buying or you want people that actually care about your circumstances and you want your worries to be listened to and understood then this estate agents is perfect. They are so personal with communication and make you feel like you are their only customer in that moment. I first had the house valued with another estate agents and I went with Ryder and Dutton because they seemed so much more caring and professional. I am so glad I made that decision. Amazing company, amazing people and such a thoughtful and positive experience all round.

Thank you to, Jade, Michaela, Ammaarah and Oliver in the Royton office for a very speedy sale of our mum's house. Made the process very smooth, kept up to date and the phone answered speedily.
Our Ryder and Dutton experience was great, however we unfortunately didn’t close on a deal. Through not fault of the agents. The estate agent at the Oldham branch, Ammaarah looked after us throughout out our negotiation period. Ammaarah tried her upmost come to an agreement that worked for us and for the sellers, she arranged last minute viewings and was available for us to contact at any time. This became a very stressful time for us but Ammaarah supported us throughout and updated us continuously throughout. Unfortunately the sellers had a change of heart at the very last minute and decided to take the house off the market. Devastating news for ourselves and as upsetting as that decision was to hear, again Ammaarah took the time to reassure us and relayed that information in the most respectful and professional way. We are really grateful for everything Ammaarah did to help us and we are hope that Ammaarah is the estate agent that can find our forever home, should we find that with Ryder and Dutton☺️.
Geraldine marsden did everything she promised and successfully coordinated the sale of our house. Owain Davis and Laura Chadderton did a Stirling job in showing buyers around and securing the sale. We was informed at all stages where the sale was up to and was always on hand when we asked a question. Our only criticism would be with the choice of solicitor that was recommended by Ryder & Dutton ( not Geraldine) thank you again for all your hard work, I would have no reservations in recommending Ryder & Dutton to anyone wanting to sell their home.
