Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

It's really a GREAT company! It honestly do help people move as it says. I was one of them whom they help. I encountered a lot of hurdles but they stood by me! They HELP me Get the right kind of house that l want, they HELP me get the right Mortgage and they HELP me get the right Conveyance team along with a solicitor, what more could you ask! From the moment we enquired about letting our house we have been looked after incredibly and guided through every step of the process. Gabrielle and Rachael in particular have been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. We were concerned about how much work was going to be involved, but the communication, professionalism and expertise of Gabrielle and Rachael has made the process feel seamless. From the start of a very stressful situation with our estate agents in Stafford and the lack of communication with our buyers, their estate agents and solicitors, it gave me the greatest pleasure to deal with Ryder&Dutton, who we were purchasing a bungalow from in Royton. Ammaarah, who first showed us round the property was polite and genuinely friendly, her knowledge of the area was excellent and answered every question we threw at her, (being elderly pensioners we went on a bit), however Ammaarah was a true professional throughout. I communicated mainly with her and Michaela who were always pleasant and supportive informing me of matters and concerns - that my own estate agents failed to do.. The process continued for close on 10months. And these two ladies were exemplary in their roles, going above and beyond keeping me and my husband updated. Thank you both. And thank you for the hamper, which was a treat for the next morning when I couldn’t find the tea bags!! I never met Jade or Oliver, but they are part of the team in Royton and I believe they have helped the vendor in many ways to sell Mrs Cleworth’s bungalow. 12/10 Well Done - I would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton to anybody wanting to move house.
Great Service and Support from the beginning to completion. We were very pleased with the team at Ryder & Dutton. Geraldine kept us informed throughout the process and, proactively progressed our sale and chasing up the relevant persons when required. She was friendly, professional, and consistently productive.
Michaela and Amaarah at the Royton branch were pleasant and helpful. Michaela was kind to my Mum who was trying to move house, in her 80's, to another county. They supported her with paperwork when she couldn't manage with on-line tools. The sale fell through 3 times before it eventually completed so it must have been frustrating for all involved but they never expressed their frustration. R&D work closely with Carters solicitors based in Delph. It felt like R&D communicated more effectively than the legal team, which left a bit to be desired.
I have been acting on behalf of an elderly friend who inherited his sisters house and used Ryder & Dutton - Royton branch to facilitate the sale. I have to say from start to finish, the experience was very straight forward and more importantly the communication between myself and the staff at Royton was second to none. Queries were answered very quickly and they progressed the sale as quickly as possible keeping me updated every step of the way.
