Ruth provides an amazing personalised service and has really gone above and beyond to help us achieve our sale. I originally intended on obtaining 3 quotes for agents to sell our property but as soon as Ruth visited I knew she was the right woman for the job so appointed her immediately - living local, knowing the area and being independent gives that personal level of service you won't get from a high street agent. Within 2 weeks of her initial visit the property was photographed, listed and sold - what more can you ask for? All you need to do is see the listings Ruth posts and compare against other agents to understand the quality of service you will receive. Definitely recommend - Ruth (and John) have been brilliant.
