Delighted with the whole experience!
I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes- both Brookes, one pair Ghost and one pair Glycerine. They arrived promptly and both pairs look and feel great. I'm all about the appearance as well as the fit and comfort. I also loved the personalised note and packet of Love hearts! ❤️I also had a card for 15% off my next purchase, which may happen sooner rather than later! Delighted!

This was my first purchase from Run North West I visited the shop as I wasn’t confident with the sizing on Norda and I’m glad I did. The young lady was very helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes . Excellent shop

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. I mistakenly bought the wrong size and when I rang the company they were so helpful. The refund was processed so quickly that I couldn’t believe it - the day after i returned the trainers. I purchased the correct size and they were perfect. If only all online companies were this good 💕
