Living in an 8-person house via Rooms4U has been a perfect experience. The house is amazing, and if we were ever to have any issues, they send their extremely helpful maintenance team around to sort it out. All the staff I have ever interacted with have been polite and friendly. I cannot fault Rooms4U!

Renting my first flat with my friend and Rooms4u has made it so much easier. Harvey has helped us out throughout the whole process and stayed available at all times to answer any questions we had. My searching was finished when I saw cleanest nd newly made house of rooms4U. The person who showed the house named Harvey, was really friendly and cooperative. Best thing is, they not just showed property and take rent nd just leave you but they care about their tenants requirements. Harvey stayed available anytime when we had issues related house. This company has been my letting agent for a while after taking over from my previous one that were incredibly bad with communication. Rooms4U is the best letting agency I’ve been with since moving to Liverpool in 2018. Currently living in a studio and have just signed for another property with them for next year as well. They deal with maintenance issues quickly and efficiently and go above and beyond by checking in with you once you move in, and have recently called to ask about the viewings I did this week. They truly care about their tenants, which is hard to come by, especially with students and young professionals. Highly recommend! And shoutout to Harvey for making the moving in process so much easier!

Getting great service from Rooms4u. I got a perfect room as they’ve promised. Everything going so good so far. I’ve been with them for 6 months now and If there’s an issue I get respond quickly. Especially Joe doing a great job. If there’s a problem I text him or call him he sort it in quick time. It’s like he’s available 24/7. Thank you very much guys really appreciate it.
