We contacted on Wednesday and had already had an in person viewing of 2 potential properties the next day. After a virtual viewing, we were showed around by Harvey who had great knowledge of the properties and answered any questions we had. We received the tenancy forms within 2 hours and we’re able to secure the property the same night. Overall a quick and easy experience. Would highly recommend to other students looking for a property next year. Make sure to ask for Harvey he’ll sort you right!

Harvey made sure that the viewing experience wss stress free! He was very friendly, welcoming and answered any questions we had about the house which put us at ease!

Everything was super easy to use and understand. I would like to say a massive thank you to Harvey who showed us around the house and even went out his way to find a house that we weren't even ment to look at and how that is the house we have chosen to live in next year. Harvey was very helpful throughout this process and made sure that we understand everything about each house that we looked at. Also he was always there to text or ring if you had any problems or questions about the house.

When we arrived at the property for a viewing, we were greeted by a lovely young man who was very informal and helpful when answering our questions while taking us around the house. We were able to pay our deposit with no issues and look forward to moving in!

I was looking for a property for the next academic year and everyone at rooms4u has been a fantastic help. Sam showed me a whole host of properties and allowed me to choose which ones to view and the viewings were really informative and helpful and the properties have all been in really great condition. David has also been a great help. Everyone has been great so far and I look forward to the next year ahead, the experience so far has been the best experience I’ve had renting as a student to date.

Rooms4u have been very helpful and professional during my experience as a tenant with them. Their team of staff have always been helpful and understanding with every request I have made that has allowed me to live out my experience in one of their properties with more comfort and relief. The maintenance tool which allows tenants to report issues of any kind has always been fast to respond & someone qualified in the area required has always come to fix it on time. It's so very clear that this business has a passionate and committed circle of staff. This is why they are successful in what they achieve and meeting the needs of their their tenants. To put it very simply - They are VERY GOOD at what they do and they know how to do it well.

The staff were very helpful in helping my flat mates find a new house for next year, showing us plenty of properties and giving us advice on which property would suit us best. I would highly recommend rooms4u, they did a great job!

So far, the experience has been good (in terms of showing lots of houses), however communication has been slow and website does not allow us to pay the deposit. However, although not fully signed the house yet, everything has been good.

Rooms4U have kept my current apartment nice, and will likely keep my next apartment nice too. Thanks Harvey, good selling.
