Que si tinguis paciència. Jo crec que no estan fent res. Començo a pensar que són uns lladres. Ja que contracten qualsevol merda de paqueteria i després no et solucionen res.

Il mio pacco non mi è mai stato consegnato. Ma dal loro Tracking corriere risulta consegnato. Non sanno dirmi a chi sarebbe stato consegnato. Magari, l hanno solo buttato per strada. Impossibile aprire un reclamo. Mi dicono di contattare il loro corriere che non esiste: sto parlando con un BOT . Nessuno numero cliente, nessuno servizio cliente. Nessuno risponde al mio reclamo. Ho fatto un acquisto mai ricevuto. Sconsiglio altamente

Brand to be avoided absolutely! Apart from the fact that the hook didn't hold on my bathroom tiles (it fell off after just a few minutes), I sent the parcel back at my own expense (over €8) and never received a refund (parcel sent back at the end of December). In short, a real fraud!
