Fijne ophang haken en makkelijk te…
Fijne ophang haken en makkelijk te plaatsen. Op een iets oneffen tegel blijven ze niet plakken, maar daarvoor zijn bijgeleverde plak tubes die prima werken.

Ein schönes Geschenk
Die Haken haben auf der Oberfläche meiner Küche nicht gehalten, daher habe ich sie verschenkt und sie funktionieren auf ganz glatten Oberflächen, wie Glas oder PVC sehr gut. Ein gutes Konzept, wenn man ohne Löcher zu bohren eine gute Befestigung für Handtücher etc. benötigt. Der Versand lief unkompliziert und der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

Leveringstermijn en retourproces bij Roha-home
Zwarte haken besteld bij Roha-home, kwamen na ca 2 weken binnen, op de dag dat ze ook witte haken in het assortiment kregen. Ik heb gemaild en gevraagd of ik kon ruilen, kreeg volgens mij via chatbot antwoord, want geen antwoord op mijn vraag. Daarom retour aangevraagd, ik heb liever witte. Retour wijze is: mailtje sturen, dan ontvang je een retourformulier dat je moet invullen, scannen en terug sturen, waarna je het adres krijgt waar het naartoe gestuurd mag worden. Erg omslachtig. Retouradres is in België en pakket versturen kost € 10! En dat voor een pakketje dat ca € 40 gekost heeft... Plus, ik kies voor een bedrijf in Nederland, dacht ik, roha-home.nl, maar terugsturen is dus naar het buitenland. Ik kreeg van Roha-home het verzoek om een positieve review te schrijven want ze hadden wat negatieve reviews gehad vanwege leveringsproblemen, maar helaas, mijn review is ook niet positief. Ik ben benieuwd wanneer de witte haken binnenkomen die ik een week geleden besteld heb en hoe de haken gaan bevallen, we wachten het maar af.

Een top product! De haken zijn makkelijk te bevestigen en zijn zeer stevig. Mooi design dat mag gezien worden in keuken of badkamer. Goede en vlotte service, zeker een aanrader!

I was expecting them to come quicker… but I've ordered more.
I was expecting them to come quicker than they did. The instructions were poor and seemingly incomplete, clearly written by a non-English speaker. The product however, is excellent and once you've worked out the 'press and screw' method, it will either hold for ever, or fall off. If it falls off then the surface is porous - so use the sticky pads. I have just ordered eight more to finish off all our bathroom doors.

Een mooie oplossing om iets op te hangen zonder boren of schroeven.
Deze stevige en mooie haken zijn te bevestigen zonder iets te beschadigen. We bestelden deze voor op een badkamerwand, -kastje en keukenblok. Tevens is het makkelijk verplaatsbaar. Met het bijgeleverde plaatje is het echter ook te gebruiken voor bevestiging op stucwerk of behang. Een mooie oplossing om iets op te hangen zonder boren of schroeven.
