Fijne ophang haken en makkelijk te plaatsen. Op een iets oneffen tegel blijven ze niet plakken, maar daarvoor zijn bijgeleverde plak tubes die prima werken.

Op de website geven ze aan een retourlabel toe te sturen wanneer je wilt retourneren; dit is niet het geval. Retourneren is op eigen kosten.

Works well, but delivery from China
Ultimately, we received our no-drilling hooks, and they work WELL. Happy with the product. It could be nicer material; it is a bit cheap-looking for the price they ask. As mentioned by others here, too: They ship from China 'within 3 days' but that means your product arrives 3 weeks later. That is not too bad for me, but it would have been nicer, to be honest about it. The help desk replies to email, but with ChatGPT, it avoids direct answers on delivery times. The unknown delivery service had T&C that showed the product had been in NL for a week before it was delivered.

If you have time to wait it can be a useful item
It took forever to receive my items , but finally it arrived and i am quite happy with the quality. It doesnt stay on walls or wood but perfectly on glass, mirrors or tiles. If you don’t need the item quickly and you don’t want to use it on a wall, I recommend Roha

WEES ALERT!!! Ik heb de haken besteld, maar deze zijn in eerste instantie nooit geleverd. De carrier geeft aan ze geleverd te hebben in een vuilcontainer.....geen grap, waar ze uiteraard niet inliggen. Roha was in eerste instantie niet bereikbaar. Daarna kreeg ik een volledig actieplan bij wie ik moest aanbellen en waar te zoeken naar het pakket. Dit terwijl de oorzaak lag bij de transporteur. Dat gaf Roha uiteindelijk toe met de mededeling dat 'het pakket gestolen was'. Zij hebben toen een nieuwe set opgestuurd, dat is dan wel weer netjes, maar gezien de slechte levering en matige communicatie zou ik hier niet snel weer bestellen.

Super tevreden
Erg blij met onze haken, goede kwaliteit, super handig. Om deze reden nu ook de witte haken besteld. Snelle correcte levering en service van Roha Home. Onze dochter geadviseerd om de haken aan te schaffen en is ook erg tevreden. Al met al super tevreden.

ich kann nur abraten
Die Saughaken wurden geliefert. Ich habe mehrfach versucht, sie anzubringen. Selbst ohne Belastung sind sie nach ein paar Minuten einfach herunter gefallen. Die Rücksendung aus Deutschland nach Belgien muss auf eigene Kosten erfolgen, obwohl das Produkt unbrauchbar ist, weil es einfach nicht funktioniert. Darauf geht der Kundenservice jedoch nicht ein. Die Rücksendung habe ich Ende November 2025 getätigt. Das Paket ist dort angekommen. Auf die Erstattung des Kaufpreises warte ich bis heute. Ich kann nur dringend abraten, dort irgendetwas zu kaufen.
