Great experience opening my account Beverly was extremely helpful with directing me to the website to start the process within minutes the form was filled out and BAM next day my account was open thankyou!

I've had nothing but good experiences banking here. Been a member for a few years and I've felt supported in all my banking needs. Which have been pretty basic but I do appreciate it nonetheless. Especially because savings and checking are truly free unlike other banks, even other credit unions where they charge you for not having a required amount.

Hello I've been a customer of this credit union for more than 25+ years never had a problem until it became Rize. New set of rules implemented more customer do it yourself, automated & A.I. customer services less employees at branches to help or greet customers. Don't like the new direction rize management has made it difficult especially for elder customers. Rize has lost the human to human customer service care and I will be closing my accounts.

Have had nothing but stellar service from you folks — promote you every chance i get; have been a member for 20+ years.

Great customer service!

Like I tell everybody when I’m not sure about something I called up the call center and they sent me straight. They’re very kind, straightforward and trustworthy all of the people even the new kids on the block. I called them youngsters.
