My booking was complicated by wanting to use an enhanced discount as compensation for a previous booking that had a few problems. We got there eventually but it was like pulling teeth.

Just back from the Rhine, Strasbourg and Heidelberg river cruise on the MS Geoffrey Chaucer. A huge thank you to all staff. Comfortable cabin which was kept very clean. Delicious meals - very attentive staff in the restaurant. The excursions were well organised. We met some lovely people on this river cruise through joining them at lunch and dinner.
